A series of anthologies, each collecting several stories from the universe and looking at characters and aspects that comprise the universe as a whole. These will be collected into ebook format and put out by PaperBox Books.

Summary:

Magic and mystical creatures exist, but they are kept secret from the world by an organization who pays very well and isn't too worried about orthodox methods. The Syndicate's reasons for this aren't entirely clear, but no one really minds because they are paid ridiculously well for their efforts.

Though they exist all over the world, the stories happen in what's been nicknamed the Twisted Eden sector, the one place where there are mutants throwing the balance off and creating a much more aggravating sector to police, but a much more lucrative one to live in if you're good at your job.

Universe:

It's a place where the weird and the strange are barely kept under wraps and the dimensional barriers are very weak. And it takes place in an area much like the Lower Mainland.

There also aren't that many mythical creatures in these parts. With everything else going on, they've decided to hunt and kill them all so that there's less for them to deal with. There's already a plague of people who seem to have developed the innate ability to perform a single spell and those people have taken priority.

Inspiration:

This story, or series of stories, exists because of Wipe. It was the first universe I wrote for the novel and, after spending a little time with it, I wanted to write more. I had so many ideas for so many characters that I opted for a series of short stories that would elaborate on the entire universe instead of just writing a single storyline for it.
