Summary:
Mirabella is the daughter of an innkeeper, but knows that shes destined for greater things. There is a prophesy that the conquered lands of Arcleo will be retaken by the princess, marked with a strange birthmark around her wrist. Mirabella has one, as do the vast majority of young girls in the neighbouring lands. Still, she's convinced she's the one.
When a caravan comes to collect anyone who thinks they might be the true princess comes through town, intent on fulfilling the prophesy a few years early, Mira joins them to prove she's the one true princess.

Characters:
Mirabella - The innkeeper's daughter. She's certain that she is the princess in the prophesy.
Universe:
It's a pretty traditional fantasy universe without elves and dwarves. There is still magic and plenty of myth, though.
Inspiration:
It started from a conversation about bone softener and what would happen if you didn't have any bones. Apparently, the answer is your organs would crush each other and you'd die.
Notes:
I need to write the prophesy before I can start writing. In heroic couplets. Iambic pentameter. Ugh, this is going to take a while.
