Current Word Count: 50189
It’s done! No, really, the story is even done. It turns out that, since I was sick and missed a character development chapter as well as several chances at character development, it’s only about a 50K book. Even after editing, it’s still probably sticking at around novella length and I’m perfectly fine with it.
No excerpt today as I’m all done and glowing with happiness over it all. There’s a lot of notes in my little book that I have already and even more that need to be added for the rewrite. I am happy, I’m am elated, I am excited that it’s done and hoo boy, is it terrible!
What will happen now? There’s still a lot of month left. It’s simple. Tomorrow, I plot the next story. Wednesday, the next story starts. Keep an eye out for the planning tomorrow!

Totally forgot to mention this last night, but I also opened up my “Win Nanowrimo” goodie bag and I’m all happy about that one too. Here it is!
